Easy Bathroom Shelves with Prism Shelf Brackets

I love open shelving. It’s really been the trend for the past ten years or so. Not that I always follow trends, but I do really like a good set of open shelves that are styled well. Better than that, I LOVE a good set of open shelves that are easy to create and style. Guess what, I’ve got a great DIY for you today with two easy bathroom shelves with two prism shelf brackets.

Easy Bathroom Shelves with Prism Shelf Brackets

I’m no stranger to creating bathroom shelving. You can see below my first set of bathroom shelving with plumbing materials.

DIY industrial pipe shelves

This was a fun project and I loved the rustic farmhouse look. This time, however, I wanted to create a more modern/boho vibe.

I chose a set of prism shelf brackets from the Hairpin Leg Company.

I loved the geometric look of the brackets and I thought they would go great with a simple wood top.

Materials used to create open shelves with prism shelf brackets:

  • 1 piece of scrap wood
  • 2 prism shelf brackets – You can see a similar product HERE.
  • Small wood nails and drywall nails
  • drill or screwdriver
  • dark wax and clear wax
  • sandpaper

I hope this video has showed you how to create your own DIY prism bracket shelves.

You know I’m no stranger to creating my own DIY open shelving. As a matter of fact, this is probably the fifth or sixth set I’ve made. I can’t get enough of open shelving!
