Please don’t hate me. I used to roll my eyes when stores started to decorate for Christmas in July. I normally don’t think of holiday decor until at least September. We’re in the dog days of summer here in south Alabama and I thought it would be fun to concentrate on cooler days near the holidays with some fun previous holiday decor.

I know it’s only July, but I’m beginning to think that you can never be too prepared for the holidays!
I’ve joined Jen at Noting Grace and Kristin at White Arrows Home to share our past Christmas inspiration. Make sure to hop on over and check out their posts that I’ve linked below.
Ho ho ho and here we go! LOL, ok I’ll stop I promise.
Christmas in July
I have to say I’m very excited about the holidays this year because we are in a new house, which means new spaces to decorate! Let me share some throwback images from my previous Christmas decor in our old home.
My entryway in our old home all decorated for Christmas was always one of my favorite spaces.
Since I love mixing white and wood with neutral colors, my vintage style Christmas mantel made me smile every time I passed it.
I can’t forget to tell y’all all about my Christmas table and why you didn’t see my Christmas tree on my Christmas home tour that year.
Looking back at these pictures I definitely see that my style is a rustic farmhouse style for sure!
This was one of my favorite DIY wreaths. Simple and elegant with a little holiday cheer. Oh and a little vintage inspiration with my chippy door of course!
If you want to see more pictures like this, you can check out my Christmas Home Tour from 2017.
My favorite of all Christmas tree decor was probably from this past year. I decorated with blues, silver and a touch of natural brown colors.
I even shared a fun ribbon hack with an easy way to string ribbon around a tree.
I love the coastal vibe these colors bring!
My other favorite holiday decor that I created this past year was a simple Christmas wreath with harmony bells.
This was so easy to make y’all!
Speaking of creating holiday fun, let me show you how to create a snow globe out of mason jar.
This is a great DIY to do with the family, especially little ones. You can see a more detailed YouTube video on how to make a snow globe from a mason jar.
While I’m sharing this easy DIY, let me also share 30 fun Christmas crafts and holiday DIY’s that the whole family can create.
Another easy DIY I created for Christmas was a Christmas holiday card holder with a frame!
Now that I’ve shared a little Christmas inspiration from my home, let me show you a few of my blogger friends past holiday homes!
